Sonia and I have known each other personally and professionally for the past 10 years. Most recently, she and I have worked on the Colorado Space Business Roundtable's Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Equity (J.E.D.I) Council. Her depth of knowledge in the field of DEI has given our program a strong foundation. She has provided deeply engaging workshops that offer our participants a thought-provoking and interactive experience – and fun, too! Her ability to foster genuine connections and promote respect and understanding has been inspiring.

Sonia embodies both strength and empathy, even with challenging programs such as White Men in Diversity—You’re Included. That title may sound counterintuitive, but this program was our most popular of the year.
