In person, Sonia shares her special brand of "education editorial" through sharing lived experiences in order to bridge gaps between people in personal and professional spaces in through culture coaching, and organizational conflict resolution. Sonia's written humorous and insightful editorials for The Denver Post's "Idea Log", and The Daily Nebraskan, on everything from parenting to being courageous in the face of fear. She's facilitated workshops for the Colorado Space Business Roundtable on what justice looks like at work, and spoken to businesses and startups about the importance of equity and empathy and how these concepts can be integrated into a company's core values. Sonia combines entertaining, hands-on activities with education in each workshop.
