This dynamic workshop includes the creation of a courageous capacity to learn, share and ask questions, infused with humor and engaged activities. Information covered includes intentions versus impact, equity, equality and empathy, and a session of "Ask Me Anything". The world of diverse perspectives may seem a shadowy place for white men and others looking to work collaboratively, rather than be seen as an obstacle or object of blame. This unique workshop sparkles with discovery about the participating individuals and their social impact.
