Intention v. Impact- provides participants an opportunity to evaluate how unintentional bias may manifest in behaviors. Diversity for White Men-You're Included! - includes "Ask Me Anything", a self-survey and broader inclusion of intentionality, justice, inclusion and equity. Note: This workshop prices higher than a basic one topic workshop because an "Ask Me Anything portion" is integral to this workshop. This workshop is 30-45 minutes longer than a basic, one-topic workshop. Justice in the Workplace- explores how organizational, restorative and social justice can be implemented in the workplace. Inclusion as Innovation- participants work through a real-world organizational problem to learn how to apply the concept of inclusion. Equity, Equality and Empathy-uses a tangible, hands-on activity to discuss how to distribute resources, including human capital, and how empathy enhances both equity and equality. All options include a hands-on activity or organizational problem to solve in real-time, fun props, topic definitions and examples, a custom slide deck, multimedia presentation and as much fun as we can infuse! We start by setting a tone of relaxation to shift participant mindsets to be present, to create an atmosphere of safety for vulnerability and honesty, and place people in smaller groups to promote discussion and camaraderie. Add-on options: *Ask Me Anything Discussion time (where participants are welcome to ask questions about culture,etc. and may do so on a card if they wish to remain anonymous for the discussion) 30-45 minutes $125 *Summary take-away video for participants 2 minutes 30 second maximum $ 200 *3-4 week post workshop follow-up video call 1 hour/$250 * Refreshments/Snacks or Lunch ( cost is dependent on choice, number of people, etc.) Bonus Value: Participants are able to download the No Offense app for free, to continue their individualized learning and receive support.
